Phnom Penh: On Wednesday, 09 July, 2025, Mr. Park Namsoon, Director of the Happy Return Center of Cambodia, and colleagues​ met with Mr. Ken Sophornrith, President of the Association of Cambodian Recruitment Agencies (ACRA), and Mr. Pin Virak, CEO of ACRA, at the ACRA meeting hall. The objective of the meeting was to discuss about how to build the capacity and effectiveness of supporting Cambodian returned migrant workers by facilitating their reintegration into the local labor market through vocational training, career counseling, job opportunities, and entrepreneurship support.
