About us

The Happy Return Center of Cambodia is the first dedicated hub for reintegration and vocational training center for supporting returning migrant workers. HRCC is more than just a vocational training center; it serves as an incubator that transforms the ‘overseas experiences’ of returning workers into a ‘national asset’ for Cambodia.

It faithfully fulfills its role as a base camp, helping ensure that the hard-earned money and experiences gained abroad become the seeds of success back home.

Established in 2024 with support from the Government of Korea through the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDK) and in collaboration with the Cambodian Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
