Through the collaboration of HRCC and Baksey Media, a highly impactful meeting was held to support migrant workers in their journey toward entrepreneurship.
Phnom Penh: Friday, 11 July, 2025, his morning marks a new chapter of collaboration! Happy Return Center of Cambodia (HRCC), presented by Mr. Park Namsoon (Director of Center) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Baksey Media Co.; Ltd, presented by Mr. Sam Kosal (Founder and CEO), paving the way for impactful cooperation in promoting and providing entrepreneurship education to Cambodian returned migrant workers.
Through this partnership, we aim to empower returned migrant workers and with the tools and knowledge to build their own futures—through business or and startups.
